All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

During busy periods, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Within UAE

We offer delivery across the United Arab Emirates.

Estimated delivery time:

• UAE orders: 2-5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value. 

GCC Shipping 

We also offer shipping to selected GCC countries.

Estimated delivery time:

• GCC orders: 5-10 business days after dispatch.

Additional customs fees, duties, or charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.

Delivery Delays

HADD Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by customers, weather conditions, customs procedures, or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
